Delivery Instructions.

Once we have accepted your order we want to make sure that your delivery goes as smoothly as possible and we meet your expected delivery time. We ask you to consider the following requirements.

• Is there adequate access for our lorry to get on to your site?
• Is the ground firm and stable for our lorry to park on?
• Are there any parking restrictions?
• If you need to barrow from our lorry to your site please make sure you have enough labour and wheel barrows on hand to off load within the agreed time. Please note that you may incur waiting time charges if you exceed the allocated time for offloading.

Our vehicles are heavy so you need to think about the size and weight of our truck when ordering your concrete. Is the access and the surface adequate to cope with a truck 10.85 metres long, 3.15 metres wide, 3.8 metres high and weighing 38 tonnes when fully loaded? If they need to leave the public highway, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the site. Our drivers will do their best to make informed decisions about the safety of taking their vehicles onto your site, but any damage to drains, manholes etc is the customer's responsibility.
